Stuffed Mushrooms: Baked mushrooms stuffed with chorizo sausage, peppers, onions & melted Spanish queso blanco cheese served over roasted garlic chipotle cream sauce

Wrapped Brie: Chicken, wild mushrooms and creamy French brie cheese wrapped in delicate phylo dough served over a chardonnay white wine sauce and roasted fennel

Marina Steak: Marinated grilled skirt steak topped with sautéed baby shrimp in a crushed peppers sauce accompanied with mashed potato, sautéed leeks and garden vegetables

Autumn Sun Rise: Skin on blackened salmon accompanied with roasted butternut squash and roasted sweet potato with candid walnuts and sautéed garden vegetables finished with an orange and cinnamon glaze sauce

Paragon Chicken: French cut chicken served over our spinach gnocchi sautéed roasted red peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts and arugula in our white wine garlic sauce
